Please read the following information regarding the VHNY Events Calendar carefully!
The Visit Hudson NY website, events calendar, and associated social media is an initiative of Hudson Business Coalition. You can submit events to be included as part of the Visit Hudson NY events calendar in several ways, and depending on your Hudson Business Coalition [HBCi] membership status.
If you ARE NOT an HBCi member, you can pay to add your events to our calendar for $15 per-event.
- First, submit payment through our secure PayPal form toward the bottom of this page, being sure to include the name of your event or events. You can pay for up to 10 event listings at a time.
- Second, submit your event(s) through our submission form online here: https://hudsonnyevents.visithudsonny.com/tkf2/submitEvent/fc6b7cf342724e179cd15d21797176d7
- If you have successfully performed the first two steps, we’ll approve your event to appear on the calendar within 24 hrs.
If you are ARE an HBCi member (at any level), adding events to our calendar is included with your membership.

If you are a Hudson-area business or organization, you can join HBCi as a member by visiting this link: https://hudsonbusiness.org/membership/
Additionally, we now have an ‘Events-only’ membership tier for just $125/yr— if you are sharing more than eight events in a year, we recommend this option to save money. This membership tier does not provide the other benefits of HBCi membership— it only allows you to post unlimited events to our calendar over the course of the year.

As benefit of membership, all members can simply submit their events via email to calendar@visithudsonny.com and we will post them for you. This submission option is only available to members.
