Learn the technique for making super-healthy fermented foods at home from a master fermentation teacher, Michelle Kaplan. Throughout this hands-on class you’ll be making your own jar of sauerkraut to take home with you, and learning the vegetables to use, the health benefits of cultured foods, and how to incorporate them into your diet.

Michelle is an accomplished fermentation teacher, and the organizer of the Berkshire Fermentation Festival.
