Learn how going Gluten Free can be rich in flavor. During this partially hands-on class, Health Chef and Nutritionist, Erika Laurion, will guide the group through the preparation of a variety of dishes using delicious alternative flours and starches. You’ll be treated to a multi-course dinner menu of gluten-free dishes.

Erika is passionate about teaching how to cook nutrient dense and traditional food. Her joy is to help people see the connection between what they’re eating and their health. She has a Masters from Institute of Human Nutrition, College of Physicians & Surgeons, Columbia Univ. She is certified by the Board for Nutrition Specialists and licensed by the New York State Education Department.
