Learn how to cook with the nutrients you need to feel good and stay energized. Health Chef and Nutritionist, Erika Laurion, will explain the benefits of cooking with nourishing oils, grains, flours, fruits, vegetables, and proteins. While assisting with the dinner preparation, you’ll discover how preparing balanced meals can be easy and delicious.

Erika is passionate about teaching how to cook nutrient dense and traditional food. Her joy is to help people see the connection between what they’re eating and their health. She has a Masters from Institute of Human Nutrition, College of Physicians & Surgeons, Columbia Univ. She is certified by the Board for Nutrition Specialists and licensed by the New York State Education Department.
