    New York State-licensed therapeutic massage. Formerly the practice of Sarah Falkner, LMT and now owned and operated by Clare Delaney, LMT.

     

    Clare Delaney is a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from CUNY Queensborough in NYC with an Associates degree in Science and is currently pursuing a Bachelors in Human Development at SUNY Empire. She has been in private practice since 2018. Clare is trained in Swedish, Sports, Shiatsu, Heated Stones, Pre-natal and Deep Tissue Massage. Sessions begin with a brief consultation followed with a treatment aimed to work towards your highest relaxation and healthiest pain free state.

     

    Forrest Lahens is an energetic and compassionate therapist who has been practicing the art of massage therapy for over 20 years.  In this time, he has worked for various day spas, built a private practice and participated in corporate chair massage events throughout New York city.  Forrest’s style of bodywork incorporates the ancient acupressure technique of shiatsu as well as the long and short strokes of Swedish massage.  He has masterfully developed a full body massage that combines compression, light stretches and range of motion that targets all the joints of the body. His style offers integrative bodywork that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of his clients.  In June of 2020 an opportunity emerged for Forrest to plant and harvest medicinal herbs at Seed Song Farm in Kingston, NY. After spending a season in the Hudson Valley region Forrest has chosen quality of life rather than hustle and bustle and has not returned to NYC. Forrest believes in the vitality of good health and the balance of mind, body, and spirit.  What is placed in the body orally, mentally, spiritually and visually reflects who you are.  A sound regiment of a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water, daily exercise, and massage will keep your body at optimal performance.
