  fern | handcrafted furniture was founded in Brooklyn, New York by designer and maker, Jason Roskey in 2009. Currently, the company is based in New York’s Hudson Valley region where we continue crafting heirloom-quality furniture, lighting and objects from American hardwoods. We operate our studio in Germantown, NY and our retail showroom is located in Hudson, NY. Our Upstate New York location allows us access to some of the country’s finest hardwoods, and to fully realize our goal of designing and making contemporary, timeless pieces using sustainable practices.
