We roast our own beans and source them the way a museum might curate an exhibition – thoughtfully, obsessively, maybe even a little irrationally. We partner with growers who treat farming like an art form.We build spaces that are part café, part gallery, part daydream.

We take coffee seriously. Ourselves? Not so much.

We obsess over the details. Work with people who inspire us. Serve things that inspire us. And try to make something beautiful. Every day.
