Klocke Estate Distillery

Klocke Estate is an earth-to-glass brandy & vermouth distillery by day, and a fine dining destination by night.

Set on one-hundred and sixty acres of farmland in Claverack, New York (five miles from Hudson), we use sustainable agriculture methods to cultivate sixty acres of vineyards and apple orchards to make exquisite brandy, vermouth, and ready-to-drink cocktails.

Visitors are invited to journey into the heart of distillation through guided distillery tours, bask in the scenic estate, savor the distinctive flavors of their handcrafted vermouths and brandies, bring home a bottle, relish in intimate dining experiences, and celebrate special occasions surrounded by loved ones.

Dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm to 9pm.

Distillery Tours are offered Wednesday – Sunday between Noon and 9pm.
Light snacks and drinks are available at the bar between Noon & 5pm.
