We compost all of our juice pulp and produce scraps to create nutrient rich soil for our home garden and use a local food waste collection company called the o zone. the o zone is partnered with the ulster county resource recovery agency “ucrra” in kingston to process local food scraps into a nutrient-rich soil amendment, compost.
