Padrona holds itself apart from the competition as a true neighborhood bar, offering a vast selection of hand-crafted cocktails on draft, in slush form, bottled and made a la minute, local beers, natural and/or biodynamic wines, as well as an extensive list of non-alcoholic drinks all in a fun and relaxing environment designed to make patrons regulars.

Padrona’s philosophy is simple: enjoy life and treat others as you’d want to be treated. These sound principles apply to all life’s situations, both personal and professional. Featuring a menu with charcuterie and cheeses, pates and spreads, pickled items and a full collection of tinned seafood.

Though there are many establishments in Hudson, there are none that have the look and feel of Padrona.
