We feature fine teas from around the world, delectable baked goods, as well as gifts for the tea lover. Located in the “Historic Hudson” district, our teashop provides an inspired selection of the world’s finest variety of teas. Come in and browse through our extensive library of loose teas, sold by the ounce, or brewed by the cup or pot. We offer a wide array of teapots and related accessories, spices, preserves, chocolates, plus the exceptional works of regional ceramic and visual artists.

In addition to teas and treats, Verdigris Chocolate is a “world of chocolate” featuring drinking chocolates, espresso drinks, and fine chocolate bars from around the globe. Offering “everything chocolate”, we serve exotic drinks made from rich chocolate ganaches or fine stoneground chocolate, melted and frothed to perfection. Chocolate pastries from our bakery add to the chocolate treats and chocolate bars available to satisfy the guilty pleasures of all. We also offer espresso drinks.

We feature monthly chocolate pairings (with wine, or beer or spices) and cooking condensed classes (which sometime focus on chocolate and other times on other cooking challenges.
