Vosburgh Brewing Co.

In 2015 our 186-year old family farm, Vosburgh Orchards, transformed into a farm brewery when the Dutch post & beam barn became the first home of Sloop Brewing, Co.  They have since moved on.  However, the creative energy that nourished their growth remains in the space today. Energy we channeled into this venture.

Building on generations of cultivating Vosburgh Orchards – growing the very hops for our beer and apples for our cider – we established Vosburgh Brewing to offer fine craft beverages in a welcoming space for connection and shared experiences.

Our unique farm brewery is the result of a partnership between Mark and Hope Stier and Kieran Farrell, co-founder of Gun Hill Brewing in the Bronx. Kieran’s passion and craft beer expertise, combined with Mark and Hope’s dedication and agricultural roots to the farm, truly brought this vision to life.

Since opening our doors almost four years ago, we’ve been pleased to welcome a diverse array of people, all finding comfort in the strong sense of community cultivated here through our shared love of exceptional beer and cider.
