Reservations and Payment

All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. After submitting the reservation form, a Member of the HBCi Board will follow up with you to confirm details and furnish an invoice through Paypal. Payments can be made immediately online, or by sending a check to the Hudson Business Coalition. A reservation is not fully confirmed until payment is received.

Mechanical Sizing

All full-page ads: 4.25″ x 5.5″ (+0.125″ bleed)
Half-page ads: 4″ x 2.5″ (no bleed)
Quarter-page ads: 1.9″ x 2.5″ (no bleed)

Utilize an 1/8″ safe margin area

Submission Guidelines

Submit finished ad copy to hello@hudsonbusiness.org. Ad design services are available for an additional fee.

  • Please do not attach files sized larger than 5MB- instead provide a link to them in the body of your email
  • Accepted file formats: PDF, JPG, or EPS at 300dpi
  • Color profile should be CMYK, all fonts and images embedded
