Reservations and Payment
All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. After submitting the reservation form, a Member of the HBCi Board will follow up with you to confirm details and furnish an invoice through Paypal. Payments can be made immediately online, or by sending a check to the Hudson Business Coalition. A reservation is not fully confirmed until payment is received.

- Accepted file formats: PDF, JPG, or EPS at 300dpi
- Color profile should be CMYK, all fonts and images embedded
